It was a homely hotel in Pukekohe. The rooms they offer were new-fashioned and neat with comfortable beds, the bathrooms and snacks.

overall had enjoyable stay for one night. the rooms were brand-new on the level below, the staff were helpful and fantastic friendly. its ideal, central location was a plus. i had coffee at cafe kaos, located within 15 minutes walk.

The owners were incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. They surprised us with local wine and were always smiling and respectful of our privacy. The room was large, comfy, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs had a nice breeze and the location was quiet with easy access from the road. Great value for money and highly recommended! We will definitely be returning, despite living far away.

Loved the Pukekohe Market, where I found the freshest produce, great bargains, and the kids were entertained. The surroundings were so peaceful, with beautiful grasslands and gardens. The staff were knowledgeable and made my stay comfortable. The thrill of the Holden Hot Seat was absolutely exhilarating!

Oh, just freezing in my room, with a broken heater, freezing milk, and a dismissive proprietor. So enjoyable!

I really liked how the hotel was decorated, with its cozy and homey feeling. The furniture was comfortable and everything was easy to access for us senior folks. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, which made it a pleasant place to relax.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff, especially for senior people like myself. Sometimes, I felt like the children working there were not attentive enough to our needs.

The employees of the hotel were positive and perfect. The room we had was spacious and impressive, came with comfortable beds and the level below, for instance. Truly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was so handy to have great restaurants and shopping centres close by. Plus, being close to the centre of town made it easy to explore and enjoy the city.

Everything is what I need and want.

Got two complementary drinks at check-in and found chocolates on our pillows. The location was good with plenty of parking. The kitchenette in the room was a great feature since we were on a budget and couldn't afford to eat out for every meal.

The room wasn't clean when we arrived and had a strange odor. The showerhead was broken and the water pressure was low.
